So you're socially distancing - not hitting the gym any more, and all your team sports are cancelled.
At some point, you're going to have to give in and start running.
If you're not already a seasoned runner, getting out, into your trainers and onto the pavements or trails can be really daunting, and it's hard to do it alone when you can't celebrate your milestones with someone else.
So, in an effort to make us all feel part of something bigger, we bring you the VetPartners Run Club.
It's super easy to sign up, and if you don't already use Strava, you can connect most of your fitness tracking apps to it, and it will update (usually) seamlessly.
We can't stress this enough - you don't have to be super fit and sporty, but equally if you're a pro, then use this as an opportunity to show off/motivate others.
Maybe we can get some team challenges going once more people sign up? Let us know what you'd be up for in the comments.
