How to Breathe (Bear with me Here)

Much as you probably resent being told how to do something that you've literally being doing automatically your entire life, breathing exercises have been known to improve mindset, and allow us to calm down and take a moment in times of high anxiety.

So what better time to brush up on some breathing exercises? You never know, they may help you out next time you're called for an emergency nail clip.
