Daily WFH Workout - Day 5

Day five! We hope you've got the good aches and pains from bringing your abs out of retirement.

Challenge A

  1. 20 sit ups with a medicine ball

  2. 2 sun salutations

  3. 20 calf raises

  4. 5 chin-ups

  5. 10 alternating donkey kicks

  6. 6 bear crawls through the house

  7. 40 seconds jog on the spot while punching forward with weights

  8. 30 seconds child's pose


Challenge B

  1. 10 opposite shoulder taps in press up position

  2. 20 split squats

  3. 30 seconds high knees

  4. 10 shoulder presses with weights or partner resistance

  5. 30 seconds bum flicks

  6. 10 decline press ups

  7. Spiderman crawls through the house twice

  8. 8 burpees with 360 degree spin jumps
