Challenge A
20 sit ups with a medicine ball
2 sun salutations
20 calf raises
5 chin-ups
10 alternating donkey kicks
6 bear crawls through the house
40 seconds jog on the spot while punching forward with weights
30 seconds child's pose
Challenge B
10 opposite shoulder taps in press up position
20 split squats
30 seconds high knees
10 shoulder presses with weights or partner resistance
30 seconds bum flicks
10 decline press ups
Spiderman crawls through the house twice
8 burpees with 360 degree spin jumps
