Challenge A

  1. 10 V sits

  2. 10 hand release press-ups

  3. 2 x 20 second superman planks (alternate sides)

  4. 10 alternating front lunges

  5. 10 alternating back lunges

  6. 12 pencil jumps

  7. 20 bicep curls

  8. 20 seconds dead hang


Challenge B

  1. 20 side bends (10 each side)

  2. 2 x 45 seconds side planks (alternate sides)

  3. Bicycle legs to meet alternating elbows

  4. 20 straight leg raises from plank position (10 each side)

  5. 10 squat thrusts

  6. 6 x up and down the stairs

  7. 10 superman back extensions

  8. 4 x lunge walk through the house
