Challenge A

  1. 20 side lunges - 10 reps each side

  2. 12 sit ups with a twist

  3. 2 x 30 second planks

  4. 15 weighted squats (I used the dog)

  5. 1 minute jog on the spot while punching to the front

  6. Bear crawl through the house 4 times

  7. Up and down the stairs - 5 times

  8. 2 minutes stretching


Challenge B

  1. 20 donkey kicks - 10 each side

  2. 20 goblet squats

  3. 1 minute wall sit

  4. 10 straight legged dead lifts

  5. 20 seconds tree pose (10 seconds each side)

  6. 45 second floss

  7. 10 bicep curls

  8. 20 calf raises
