Challenge A
20 side lunges - 10 reps each side
12 sit ups with a twist
2 x 30 second planks
15 weighted squats (I used the dog)
1 minute jog on the spot while punching to the front
Bear crawl through the house 4 times
Up and down the stairs - 5 times
2 minutes stretching
Challenge B
20 donkey kicks - 10 each side
20 goblet squats
1 minute wall sit
10 straight legged dead lifts
20 seconds tree pose (10 seconds each side)
45 second floss
10 bicep curls
20 calf raises
