  1. 20 seconds each side, tree pose

  2. 15 squat jumps

  3. 1 minute bum flicks

  4. 10 wide-legged press ups

  5. 6 bear crawls through the house

  6. 2 up-1 down on the stairs, repeat 4 times

  7. 10 tuck jumps

  8. 40 seconds mountain climbers


Challenge B

  1. 10 V-sits

  2. 30 seconds plank

  3. 10 Russian twists

  4. 20 seconds right side plank

  5. 10 sit ups

  6. 20 seconds left side plank

  7. 30 seconds bicycle legs

  8. 1 minute child's pose
