  1. 1 minute wall sit

  2. 30 seconds lotus position

  3. 20 lateral pull-downs with weights

  4. 7 chin ups

  5. 10 jump lunges

  6. 20 goblet squats

  7. 20 wide based press-ups

  8. 10 leg raises


Challenge B

  1. 4x 2 up, 1 down on the stairs

  2. 3x 10 second wide grip planks

  3. 8 burpess

  4. 30 seconds star jumps

  5. 1 minute mountain climbers

  6. 20 bicep curls

  7. 10 sprints through the house

  8. 1 minute easy seat yoga post to relax
